Jack Bovee

Jack grew up in Erie, PA where he met and married his wife, Deborah, in 1969.  Graduating from Gannon College, the couple moved in 1973 to Fort Myers where he later served as Social Studies Supervisor for both Lee and Collier Counties for over 30 years.  During that time he was twice elected president of FASSS and served as Board Member, Parliamentarian, Executive-Director, Vice-President, and President of FCSS.  For many years he chaired the FCSS membership and legislative committees, and designed and chaired the state’s RHO KAPPA honor society which served as a template for other states and for NCSS.
