Social Studies Teacher of the Year
Recognizing Excellence
The FCSS Teacher of the Year Awards honor outstanding elementary, middle/junior high, and high school teachers from each of Florida’s school districts. Nominations from each county can be submitted only by local District Superintendents or their designees. School Districts should begin their nomination and selection process in the Spring. Nominations must be submitted using the link below by August 1. Paper nominations will not be accepted. Each district is encouraged to nominate one teacher for each category; elementary, middle and high.
